Study With Stella

Hi I'm Stella!
My name is Stella, and I’m a sophomore at Carondelet High School. I’ve always been passionate about learning and helping others understand complex subjects. This year, I’m challenging myself with a rigorous course load, including AP Art History, AP Human Geo, Honors English, and Honors Chemistry. Throughout high school, I’ve maintained straight A’s, reflecting my dedication to academic excellence.
My Story
As a high-performing student with a strong academic record, I’ve consistently excelled in various subjects, particularly English, History, Art, and Science. My experience allows me to relate to my peers' challenges and offer practical, effective solutions. I am a scholarship recipient of the Creativity Award at Carondelet, and I recently completed the Junior Achievement Company Program.

Education runs in my family—both of my parents graduated from UC Berkeley. In addition to learning strong study habits and a work ethic from my dad, who founded his own startup, I have gained a great sense of entrepreneurship. My Mom is very artistic and likes music, which is where I get my creativity from.

Outside of academics, I have a passion for volunteering for causes like food insecurity and child development. I'm working towards the President's Volunteer Service Award, which requires over 50 hours of volunteering in a semester. Every week I volunteer at the Walnut Creek Library and manage my own vegetable garden at The Bounty Garden in Danville, CA. In the summer of 2024, I received a Certificate of Honor from the City of San Francisco for completing the AAMPLIFY Social Justice Leadership program. Also, I am one of twelve girls selected for Girl's Garage, in Berkeley, a program that is building projects for local non-profits.
